SMS messages may be used for demo coordination, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, customer reactivation, review requests, and campaign communication only after appropriate consent and compliance setup.
Consent is required before SMS messaging. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program, campaign, and customer interaction.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly and suppression lists must be maintained before any campaign launch.
ArtMetrics Solutions does not send live SMS campaigns without approval, proper phone setup, A2P/10DLC or applicable carrier registration, opt-out handling, and message review.
No unauthorized texting is permitted. Clients are responsible for compliance review before launch. No results are guaranteed.
Review request messages must be compliant and must not request fake reviews, suppress negative reviews, or manipulate public ratings.
